The Romance of Sail
Features:
Cruise in comfort aboard this classic timber yacht built along the lines of a spray design which was made famous by the explorer and adventurer Joshua Slocum, Seventeen years in the making this vessel is considered a work of art among wooden boat enthusiasts.
Timbers such as Noumean Kauri, Ribbon Maple, Red Cedar, Silky Oak, Tasmanian Blackwood and Oregan give a rich old world feel to the large roomy interiors.
Huge deck areas and only 18 passengers make this 70’ vessel a very comfortable sailing experience and at night you can retire to your own private double or private twin cabin.
We will show you the highlights of the World Heritage listed Whitsunday Islands located in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. The Whitsunday region is truly a sailors paradise with many islands offering endless shelter and snug anchorages. No two trips are the same as we sail from one idyllic island hideaway to the next.
